Dunno yet TBH! Lots and lots of opportunities within the NHS/Private human medicine for radiographers althou I like the idea of working as a veterinary radiographer. not just in CT and MR but also plain filming and theatre work!

Prob wouldn't return to nursing. Would maybe like to teaching imaging to nurses

Only because currently employed within NHS and have to wait a year before leaving.

Totally well worth it! Am loving it so far!

5 Years! Good that sounds like a long time. The access course will take 2 years as i'm doing it part time due to family commitments but once at uni should take 3 years to complete!

Good luck. I know a couple of nurses who have gone to retrain and are much happier for it. My EEG was carried out by an ex VN from a neighbouring practice!

good luck, i thought about that but wasn't sure about all the nhs bureaucracy , mind you some vet practices are prob just as bad!
