Have any of you experienced this and have any tips on getting it better as now it is starting to stiffen up and involve my right shoulder.

Cost about £6.
wore it when using the arm, for a month and it improved no end. Also put Ibuleve max strength on it twice a day throughout.
At its worst, I could feel the tendons almost straining and tearing every time I used the elbow.
It was suggested I visit a sports massage trained person, but it healed before I had to resort to it.
Try not to do any repetitive movements, nor any involving rotating the elbow whilst carrying anything.
I really feel for you having it in both elbows......not nice at all I would have thought!
