Aetiology unclear! Treatment includes; one off dose of steroids,&amp;nbsp;calcium &amp;amp; multivits, antibiotics, to cover most of the potential causes, as well as&amp;nbsp;supportive fluids/nutrition. Often symptoms persist. If not eating well on own you could get some harrisons recovery formula as find this v useful for crop/syringe feeding.&lt;/p&gt;
