just realised that sounds a bit funny! its like a cuddly toy lion with a wheatbag in that you microwave. they are designed for humans, honest!

sounds good.. did 5 hours yesterday, 12 today. we don't get any time off and have been doing 1:2 weekends recently! knackered. doing another 12 hrs wednesday and friday. I can feel a rant coming on!

I've just let my dog out for a wee and froze my butt off in the process!! Have now got a hot choc I get mon and fri off next week for having worked yest and today 8-6 both days. How about you?

its freezing in my work too . I also have a hottie lion (aren't they great?) but hes at home so i'm camped next to the radiator with a cuppa. just 4 hours left. Been here since 7.45am. hopefully we won't get too busy. Do you guys get days off in leiu for weekends?

I'm still not busy (i don't say the "Q" word!). I asked my dad to drop my dog into me so i've got him for company...have bathed him so he's all silky and smells nice Only 3 hours to go woo! I'm feeling sad atm, my dad told me my neighbours cat (who i love to bits, he's such a lovely boy) is going to be PTS soon cos he's got an inoperable tumour in his mouth [:'(]

Working over the weekend doing the 14:00-22:00 shift would say it is steady. Thankfully had a major clean out of in patients cause friday night was bad. Vet 1 kept trying to steal kennels l was sorting for vet 2 animals and l made it clear l was going to be forced to kill him if he did not stop
