It really depends on what the problem was. If its gross misconduct & client wished to persue a claim then they can do privately through small claims court.The practice is covered under the VDS .

As far as I'm aware LVNs and RVNs are covered under a practice's VDS insurance. Althou as an RVN you would be accountable in front of RCVS disciplinary comity
