and you think he would need telling ? I worry sometimes that if I go for too long without obviously moving he would be sizing me up as dinner!

If you have kids you should have a will, to not do means you are loosing control of their future if you die.People try to make sure they do the best for their kids and then don't do the biggest thing they can.. leave a will when you are not there to steer and guide them.

And if you do or don't have kids no will means you do not say who has what with your estate.

Our old one was basic, all to Brian or all to me, the standard husband to wife will.

Always think about doing a will but never get round to it....perhaps I should think about it now I'm off work!!!!
