Must wrap ice pack up in damp towel to allow the cold to conduct better and dont have it so cold its sticks to your skin, ouch.

Re: Neck pain ouch!!!

Hi there, have you tried acupuncture, the vets i'm working for at the moment have a vet who practises acupuncture and it has sorted my back problem out, i was a bit doubtful at first but thought what the hell and gave it a go, i feel wonderful and will definatley keep going back for more

Re: Neck pain ouch!!!

Just as usless info it is called tiger because it is owned by 2 chinese brothers when the recipie was left to them by their herbalist father one of the brothers is called tiger (in chinese) and it was decided what a great marketing idea and so "Tiger Balm" was born.

I have never found it much use but it does work for some folks. I have some and hub gets dry skin between his toes l use either snowfire or tigerbalm and they both solve it.
