I worked in a busy practice where shedule 3 was only rivaled by the PDSA, but I still went for it, and totally loved it, I enjoyed the different and sometimes extreme way peeps worked, but also loved the change... at the end of the day it will only make you a better nurse IMHO! &lt;p&gt;I was really comfortable in my last job. Was there for 5 years. But I wanted to learn more and do more and I took the massive step of leaving the veterinary field and move into the human field, so far loving. Miss my old work mates and some of the job. But thinking about myself and future career! Be selfish and spread your wings&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I could have stayed where I qualified forever, I was so comfortable there, but once I finished my portfolio I was a bit bored. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I left here to work at a 24hour hospital, and I was cr*pping myself about moving out of my comfort zone, but it&amp;#39;s the best thing I ever did, I love it, love the variety of work and I don&amp;#39;t think I could go back to a small practice now&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I say go for it! What have you got to lose?? If you don&amp;#39;t like it then move on to somewhere else. You won&amp;#39;t have a problem getting another job as a qualified nurse!&lt;/p&gt;
