I was there for about 2 and half hours there for about 20 mins interview and rest of time spent in the practice. Hope you get short listed and invited back.

Well I was there for an hour - when I first got there I had to fill out an application form. The actual interview was about 30/40 minutes. They said that they would short list and then invite those people to the practice for a day which I think is a good idea.

Fingers crossed for us both :)

I had an interview today too - not sure if it went well though so now really scared I've messed up this great opportunity. Thought they were lovely but because I get so nervous i end up saying things wrong or not at all - I hate that I get so nervous but I get especially so when I really want something.

I went for an unofficial chat today at 10am they showed me around the surgery and let me watch few operations. I left about 12.30 lunchtime and surprised me by saying they would let me know within 2 weeks if i had been successful with a trainee nurse place. They said had one person yesterday and a few next week. Was told they contact you by letter if you have been successful or not.

Just thought let you know I rang up and had an chat with the practice manager by me at a local vet surgery and has invited me in for an informal chat next week and to meet everyone. She has said they don't have a position at the moment but two nurses are going on martinerty leave and may be taking a trainee on in April. I am 28 so hoping that I am not too old to get into this.
