 For example do you use just stronghold and not treat for tapeworm?. What what you use for puppies and whelping bitches?

Suspected because x-ray pattern looked like it but nothing found to confirm on any and all possible tests. She also had a bad reaction to first lungworm treatment so vets held back to do in slower stages but O opted for PTS felt dog had enough.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;On death blood poured out of nose and mouth.&lt;/p&gt;

Said dog had reaction to drontal hence the move to panacur. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;At work we stock most types of wormer, but tend to use either drontal or milbemax for dogs and either milbemax or profender for cats. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Have seen a couple of cases of possible lungworm around the area in the last couple of years, but it is not something that our practice pushes to worm against routinely.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Puppies and kittens all start on advocate and panacur paste then go onto above regime.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;We leave minimum of 2 days between treatments of Advocate and Profender.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;And if clients concerned re ticks then dogs get Advantix and cats get frontline spray!&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Pregnant and lactating we use panacur or milbemax, or stronghold and milbemax.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Just trying to find out whats going to be cheapest for my musm puppy, she has asked me ot looking it for her, as its 14yrs since she has had a puppy or her own.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Im goign towards stronghold monthly and milbemax 3 times yearly until 1yr old, then just milbemax?&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I gave my dog drontal when pregnant,(10 yrs ago)&amp;nbsp;the vet had to look it up to see if it was ok and it is, I am not sure about milbemax in pregnant bitches/queens though.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Panacur for puppies and kittens till they are old enough to get either a drontal or milbemax...the quicker they get off the bloody liquid/paste the better, I bloody hate that stuff, it goes everywhere.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
