We do have ecg and bp independantly so don't want an all singing, all dancing small microwave sized machine that requires its own transport just a small 'desk-top' capnograph/pulse ox device?
Thank you in advance

Re: Which Capnograph?

Thank you - anything helps - will look into krusse as hadn't thought of them! - so many companies out there!

Re: Which Capnograph?

Hi, Dont know if this is of any help! We have one super duper capnograph from Burtons which is great but takes up allot of room and probably does too much for what you want but we also have three LifeSense Capnographs from Krusse. They are small, portable machines, really easy to use and easy to maintain. They were pretty reasonable too! They measure ins co2, exp co2, resp rate & spo2.

Hope that helps! Kate

Thought about giving him his own mug and seat in the staff room!

our anaesthetist sweet talked the rep lol

We had some monitoring equipment from these guys too

http://www.southwestmedical.co.uk/ they only seem to do multi parameter machines but might be able to point you in the right direction.....

We had an all singing all dancing one from them in my old practice but the training on using it provided by Burtons was nothing short of useless which puts me off a bit!

Re: Which Capnograph?

http://www.burtons.uk.com/products.asp?recnumber=98

ain't used it but does what you want, maybe ask for a demo. Most companies are quite willing to loan you things to test them out.
