&lt;p&gt;I have done that with my parents cats, however I know their vet and they know I am a nurse and are willing to speak to me properly.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;We did this the other day in a 12 week old kitten and the fluid was clear. The corona virus titre has come back high so is indicating FIP. This is the 2nd cat this year to have this as the other was owned by one of our nurses. Her other cat 1st&amp;nbsp; came back with a high titre but no other signs. After her kitten was pts we retested her other cat 3 months later and his titre is now 0. In both cases the fluid was clear.&lt;/p&gt;
