Corn Oil, but it must be corn oil, not Olive oil or cooking oil etc. You should be able to work out the ratio from the optimmune dose, as we used varied mixtures and put them in dropper bottles. Must be kept in the fridge, and yes, this would be off-license and only if optimmune is out of stock. Works out alot cheaper.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;we use atopica/ corn oil to make cyclosporin drops for one of our clients&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Regardless of availability of Optimmune:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Can you tell us more about your product - how easy it is to apply, any contra-indications, and also how it compares cost-wise with Optimmune.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;We have two patients on Optimmune and they are low income clients so cannot really afford Optimmune but our vets did some research and came back with no suitable alternative.&lt;/p&gt;
