Why not? Can't see the reason on the label of the system. Need to find instruction book

It's the same as the normal sized parallel lack I think, so 1-1.5 xx

We use one in practice but can't find the actual circuit factor on any of the information or info sheets. The calculation, which is printed onto the mini lack is 200ml/kg.
