You never know - you might be able to negotiate 3 x 12 hr days and get a fulltime wage that way!

Give them a call, when I left they were umming and arring (sp??) about having extra part time staff, as they can get so busy esp when people are off sick, so they might consider it.

I'd love it if it was part time, bit too far to live away from home the whole week.....things would fall apart far more than they are doing now!

Hi, I've just finished a VN locum here and the ward assistants do a great job- very busy, hard work, but great experience if you are interested in nursing. They do more than some places allow their trainees to do and they get good cpd. I would recommend it!
