We use a super acupuncture vet here in Spain. He has recently completed a course for my own horse and I have seen it work wonders with dogs. you can contact him at hola@novovet.es he speaks perfect english as he trained in the states and would be more than happy to give you any help you need.

My old dog has jst had his first session. Contacted someone through abva website, sure some vets on there may help you out if you e mail them.

The TP i did my training at in Leeds has 4 vets that all do acupuncture and it's Towerwood Vets in Cookrige Leeds - the website is www.towerwood.co.uk i'm sure they will be happy to help you with any questions you may have.

Our anaesthetist at work is just sitting his Dip ECVAA exams so prob has loads of papers on acupuncture so will ask him tomorrow for ya!

My own dog, Rosie has regular acupuncture and is also on homeopathy treatment. She was called a strong responder by our vet.

I am only a client of acupuncture so to speak, but if I can be of any help to you, I certainly will try.

I used to work with a vet acupuncturist at a referral centre in Kent - he was brilliant, and it was fascinating. He had quite a few cases, some of which were fascinating to follow. Let me know if you want his details.

There is a practice in Oxford/Cowley that does it, they focus a lot on holistic therapies. they have a website with all the info on. I would put up the link, except I've forgotten which one it is!!!

I worked with an Aussie locum who did a course on acupuncture, she had a few good results with arthritic patients and used to practice on me also LOL

if you google vet accupuncture, you should find a website that finds your nearest accupuncturist, they could maybe be of some help?
