human nursing was alot harder than i thought it was gonna be, our knowledge pretty much counts for nothing! They put me in some really difficult placements and if it hadn't been for that who knows i might still be there! x

Hey Lisa! Glad you managed to find a job you like so quickly. Out of interest what was it you didn't like about human nursing?

Its quite good, 40hrs a week,1 in 4 weekends, if you work a weekend the hours are included in your 40 hour week so you get a day off the next week. Your either on call the friday and the sunday or just the friday when u do a weekend. Also get to work at the new RSPCA hospital once every couple of weeks so that'll be different Have you managed to find a job near you then? I know they were lookin for someone at scarsdale vets in derby, its quite an impressive hospital i think. Xx

Hiya,

I have just started a job in sheffield,lovely place and people but its abit far so we'll see how it goes, might just get abit sick of the travelling. I live in Buxton, where abouts have you moved to? Nottingham is a little far frmo me too, because i'm in Buxton i'm pretty much miles from everywhere!! :-(
