 I have actually given up being an rvn and started to study adult nursing at manchester uni, what have i done :-( I miss being a vn so much, did it for 10 years. Your either on call the friday and the sunday or just the friday when u do a weekend. Also get to work at the new RSPCA hospital once every couple of weeks so that&amp;#39;ll be different&lt;img src="http://www.vetnurse.co.uk/emoticons/new/Hot_smiley.png" alt="Cool" /&gt; Have you managed to find a job near you then? I know they were lookin for someone at scarsdale vets in derby, its quite an impressive hospital i think. &lt;p&gt;I have just started a job in sheffield,lovely place and people but &amp;nbsp;its abit far so we&amp;#39;ll see how it goes, might just get abit sick of the travelling. I live in Buxton, where abouts have you moved to? Nottingham is a little far frmo me too, because i&amp;#39;m in Buxton i&amp;#39;m pretty much miles from everywhere!! :-(&lt;/p&gt;
