If I leave the veggie cupboard door open, Bonnie steals the carrots!!! She doesn't even just take one - she'll steal one, go away, hide it then come back for more until she gets caught or the door gets shut!! Cheeky mutt!

haha!! Lots of dogs probably like carrots, just we are not aware of it!! My Rosie used to love grapes, until I read an article about them causing renal disease in dogs. Once when I was driving home from work and she was with me, I was eating a pear - well, she nearly put me into the hedge trying to get it off me!! I had to stop the car and give her the blooming pear!!!

Lol bless her! I have to give Jack his carrot and run upstairs/down the garden quickly to give the pigs theirs, otherwise he follows me and whines at the cage for their share too!

This makes me think of my dear old Dalmatian - Gismo - he was pts years ago because of dilated cardiomyopathy Anyway, one afternoon he went completely crazy running round and round the rabbits hutch - I couldnt understand why, as he never bothered with them normally. Then mum said I think he is looking the carrot! And he was!! I opened the hutch, gave him the carrot, he gobbled it down and lay down and fell asleep......content lol!!
