Hi Lucy just checked out this post as i recognised your name, are you the lucy who's just finished up working for Anne at FVH?

Hope you enjoyed your time out there and settled in ok back in the UK...its tough, trust me I know.

There was loads of locum work going in the UK before I left, I usually use A1 or Carlton but more commonly word of mouth seems to be working quite well! Hope you got something sorted

Hey guys, Thank you all for your advice and info, really appreciate, certainly know who I will be contacting now!

Just keeping my fingers crossed I can get some work having not been in the UK for 12 months not sure how the recession has hit the Veterinary industry.

I would say give Ann a ring at A1 Locums they are great and have always been good to me. There is a lot of excellent locum agencys out there go by those of us who have used them not the agencys that blow their own tumpets.

I see you have one reply regarding work, can I just say you shop around fIrst.......... mainly on this site. You will see that the VN's on here are sound and sensible in their advice in regards to locum work and agencies. Please feel free to look at all the threads in rengards to work, but please please get advice before starting off as it were ........ especially if its on the wrong footing........ we will put you right
