Remarried and living up in Scotland, still locuming. Visiting South Africa regularly and hope maybe soon to visit home Bulawayo, not quite emotionally ready. Met my brother and sister for the first time in SA this year, I found them via DNA.

RE: I would like to learn more about the care of Bearded Dragons. It is general but covers beardies and all reptiles. Unless you learn about heat and light PROPERLY as a base, then the rest is a waste of time. It is run by a vet and a couple of her business partners who are called on to test new equipment from Arcadia, Reptile lighting etc. They set up and sort lighting and heat in collections, zoo and private all over the world. They have lots of scientific papers out they have done themselves or in collaberation. BUT the BIG BUT.. they explain things so anyone can understand, they are excellent teachers, if you don't understand something they find a way to break it down so you do, and there is no nastiness allowed.

You can also follow "Beardievet" who is an Aussie vet who is a walking encyclopaedia about them, he has studied them for years. I was at one of his talks a couple of years ago at a UK cpd he was brought over to do.
