Hello, RVN and APBC CAB here. Just to follow on from Paula’s message - the compass course can help towards CAB but I have been mentoring someone who thought by doing the compass course they’d automatically become a CAB so just to be aware that there are other criteria to fulfil. It’s worth looking on the APBC website as there’s lots of information - including becoming an ABT ( level 5) which sits alongside vet nursing really well. Hope that helps Caroline

I did the level 5 compass course, and currently doing the level 6. It depends on how much into behaviour you would like to go but the level 5 compass makes you eligible for provisional APBC membership and the level 6 allows to be a full member
