Margaret Great to see the new question format working so well. Can I ask, would you be happy to display your real name? I'm trying to rebuild the community based on the idea of everyone helping each other with their questions, and for that it is always best if everyone knows who we all are!

We do have the anonymous login for when people want to ask a sensitive question. When that is used, even I don't know who posted.

Oh - and don't forget to click the link on the home page or community home page for the daily or weekly digest, that way you'll get a single email, once a day or week, with a list of any new questions posted on the site, which might either be things you can help with, or things you can learn from.

I echo what Dave said. I have recently completed our risk assessments and local rules re writes. This involved zoom meetings with our RPA and them giving us templates that we completed. These were then sent back to our RPA for review and amendments made as required. I would contact them for further advice and support.

Hi, The RRA MUST be written in conjunction with your RPA, so a little concerning that they are not forthcoming. I would pester them for a template, and assistance in writing it. A lot of the information they have to provide anyway. If you don't get anywhere with them, maybe its time to consider finding an alternative RPA!
