If so Owner name not allowed under GDPR.</p> <p>We have everything in a closed folder in a rack on the wall.</p> <p>I&#39;d go with something very simple like:</p> <p>Animal name</p> <p>Reason for admit (Spay, hospitalise etc)</p> <p>Weight</p> <p>Warnings (NPO, CARE etc)</p> <p>Trust in the technology</p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
