&lt;p&gt;Maybe a bit of a strong reaction?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I get you entirely but if this was a one off incident where the vet made an extremely poor judgement (and I bet they are paying the price for it) then what about communication and making team improvements before an upping and leaving reaction? If it is a trend.and not isolated then absolutely agree.with you!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
