Last time I checked - not a lot of evidence behind any of them, but more so for j/d than anything. Can't hurt (if no reason to be on any other clinical diet, of course).

I had my old 3 legged dog on hills j/d reduced calorie which she loved and was on for many years. I have just changed my overweight terriers with various joint issues onto hills metabolic and mobility.

Theres also royal canine mobility but I've never used it

Not sure if that helps or not

Have you had a look at Canine Arthritis Management's website? I believe they cover food and supplements as well as other things, like adapting their environment and lifestyle.
