Or use an article they may have for their coursework to save them doing extra work. For example, my student read an article on towels over kennel door vs boxes in kennel for reducing anxiety in cats. She then discussed this with myself and our manager and implemented a protocol for hospitalised cats. She also read one on theatre attire and practice, we were basically doing what was recommended so no changes to implement, but she did discuss with our team that we are doing things correctly.

This topic was discussed at my last CC update evening and it seems everyone reads a little too much into it. Basically they need to read a peer review article/study, discuss findings with the team and advise implementing changes if applicable.

Hope this helps.
