Insert at the exit point and manipulate to exit at the insertion point. Attach tube to end of wire and pull back through the teddy. Attach with Chinese finger trap suture *&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;This way it&amp;#39;s easy to void fluid subtlety out the side into a kidney dish etc.&lt;/p&gt;
