Ed, RVN</dc:creator><description>&lt;p&gt;Have the company name and the title of the SOP at the top&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;If you can reference any part of the SOP to some evidence, or off the back of a clinical audit that&amp;#39;s always a good thing - or at least provide a rationale for what you are asking people to do&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Make sure to include the date that the SOP was written, and a date for review (usually a year)&lt;/p&gt;
