&lt;p&gt;I have recently done my first ferret GA a couple of months ago and the vet said to treat it like a cat GA. We tubed him and I managed to get a pulse ox and BP cuff on him. Pre warm/oxygenate. Keep warm during surgery,heart rate rest rate ,lube eyes. Know what drugs your vet has used and their action.Be vigilante.
