Kruuse have something called Krupramid which is the same, you can get if from the wholesaler.

SMI are a Belgian company and manufacture Black Supramid swaged on in boxes of 12.

Nice company to deal with and we've used their products for years, great quality too.

The only single packed nylon IMS do is the blue monofilament that you link. We have it and use it for a few minor stitch ups etc, but it's awful to handle.

I'm interested in the black Supramid, that looks promising. Thanks. The only negative is dark sutures are harder to see to remove, but if our nurse complains I'll blame a fellow nurse ;)

Do you mean something like Nurolon/Surgilon?

I feel certain I have seen Supramid single packed somewhere tho - have you tried IMS?
