 has anyone taken the recover cpr courses? Are they relevant to us in the U.K.?

Definitely worth doing, my ICU team are about to do the course and some are doing it again as you have to refresh every 2yrs. I did the BLS and ALS courses online and thought they were good value for money. They don&amp;#39;t replace practical sessions but provide a good grounding in the theory of CPR and how to run a code. They would certainly help you plan and implement practical sessions for your own team at work.&lt;/p&gt;
