 I fill up a bowl of 2% Chlorhexidine/water solution, wear gloves and dip the cotton wool into the bowl, then do general scrub and finish with concentric circles and spray with alcohol. &lt;p&gt;You definitely want at least 2% chlorhex though, any less than that and it&amp;#39;s not as effective.&lt;/p&gt;
