invest in a hotwire - they go through those containers like a knife through butter . I have used one to make some emergency drip pans in the hangers. Could knock out a few of these cat caves in no time at all. Can see you going into production with these now.

Must admit to a huge chuckle there James! I assumed you must've sensibly used a hacksaw... and then maybe smoothed the raw edges with sandpaper... Perfick job!

The thought of you maniacally carving away with a scalpel blade, cackling and swearing and being 'sketchy' is too funny hahahaha!!! You go me laddo!!

Er.. I was on a night shift and I used scalpel blades. It took 6 of them and it was very sketchy, I wouldn't recommend it.. Maybe a hacksaw blade would be safer!

What did you use to cut through it? We've not had any for a while but I remember them as being pretty tough plastic.
