Flurane isn't used as much as sevo is now in humans - but then take into consideration that sevo is now in short supply as well (and I have this info from a human anaesthetist) because production problems are also affecting it then a pound to a penny the both of us are actually right. . I suppose it will be the same as when there were issues with propofol production and virtually everything got diverted to human use. I was quietly cursing inside this evening when our vet booked in a cruciate repair on Monday, they know we are short, but when its gone its gone and there is nothing I can do about it. We don't have sevo but I have a decent amount of propofol and a few other bits laid by, I'm not certain but I think we still have a halothane vapouriser knocking around somewhere.
