Do you have to stick to a 0.5l bag or can you put on a 1 litre and the circuit still function effectively?

RE: Can you change reservoir bag on mini lack?

Ours seem glued on. I suppose the question is why you'd want to? A 10kg dog would have a TV of 100ml so the bag is 5X. Texts seem to suggest the bag needs to be anywhere between 3 and 6X TV. If you have a capnograph you can ensure no re-breathing.

In reality it's not as clear cut as the textbooks say and I'll be quite happy with a young, healthy 8kg dog on a standard lack.

RE: Can you change reservoir bag on mini lack?

Yes you can. From memory it is a smaller neck connection than regular lacks though, if you are ordering new bags be sure to get the right ones!

Regular lack comes with a 2L bag, you can also downsize this to a 1L.
