This is what I've been trying but it just won't sync. I'm going to get one of the other nurses to try it to see if it's something about my phone, otherwise I might ping them a wee message.

I have an instadose, not sure if it’s the 2, but it’s the sort you sync to the phone.

To do my reading I log into the app (iphone version), select READ STATUS, push and hold the small ‘button’ on my xray badge until it has a solid light. When I then go onto my READING HISTORY it gives a dose.

I had to look up what * meant by logging in to the main website - it means below a measurable amount.

Not sure if that helps at all, or if it’s the same type. Sorry if not x
