Our current protocol is pre-med with buprenorphine at 0.03mg/kg sub-cut, also given at this time is Meloxicam 0.5mg/kg sub-cut and metoclopramide 0.5mg/kg sc.</p> <p>After 30mins we pre oxygenate the bunny.</p> <p>They they get the following drugs in the same syringe IM</p> <p>Medetomidine 0.1mg/kg. Ketamine 5mg/kg&nbsp;</p> <p>Rabbits will also be maintained on isoflo.</p> <p>Atipamezole is given at 2.5 x the medetomidine dose.</p> <p>This is works quite well for us, but as you say there are many protocols out there.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
