This leads on to another thing I am working on, which is a complete revamp of the galleries, with a new cytology gallery.

All ties in with the new 'thank you' feature on the site, which means I can reward those people who share stuff in the galleries and forums which are most widely thanked ...

Pretty much every bodily fluid. The occasional CSF, synovial fluid, bloods,rascal,urine,smear,FNAs.

The limiting factor (i find) is equipment and peoples lack of experience/confidence.

That and the ever hazy area of data interpretation/avoiding anything that may look like a diagnosis.

It's one reason why i am tempted to go back into microbio/pathol ,

Hmm maybe we do need to upskill.. I'm not at all confident looking at blood smears. Do you know of any good resources - good books or webinars?

Blood smears, FNA's as well as all the others you mentioned
