The occasional CSF, synovial fluid, bloods,rascal,urine,smear,FNAs.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The limiting factor (i find) is equipment and peoples lack of experience/confidence.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;That and the ever hazy area of data interpretation/avoiding anything that may look like a diagnosis.&lt;/p&gt;
