I've been tasked with developing a re-feeding programme for a mastiff puppy, BCS 1, 8m old.
Does anyone have any good links or tips? Been a few years since I needed to do one.
Thanks!

RE: Re-Feeding programme

I have a feeling that the typical 1/3rd over 3 days might not be quite enough Honestly with a presentation like that I'd be getting in touch with a nutritionist! See if your local referral center has one or knows of one, but I know that Willows Veterinary Centre, the Dick Vet, and Vets Now referral hospitals all have them. Liverpool Uni also have the referral obesity clinic, so they might have one you can speak to. Alternatively your clinical diet company (Royal Canin\Hills\Virbac) might have nutritionists on hand, they might be good to get in touch with.

Let us know how you get on!
