This is opinion based on what I've seen.

It's sometimes the only option for owners with cats/dogs that for whatever reason cannot/will not try any other preventative care for teeth.

At my last practice (not very affluent area), many owners were trying this and after 8+ weeks tartar calculus was breaking off with a finger nail or dog chew. I would see many back for 6 monthly dental checks and was satisfied that dental disease wasn't developing rapidly.

Again, not based on anything but my observations. It's worth offering as an option, especially when everything else has been 'poopooed'.

We've a few people who use it - no thoughts on whether it actually works though! It's the only thing these cats will take, including the dental diets...

I don’t think you can use it with hyperthyroid cats.....just research that, but I remember reading something about that!

Oops, typo! You mean Plaque Off, yes? The Plague is a different thing altogether, hahah. Bless ya.
