I found it challenging and rewarding, no shift was the same and I was always kept busy. The staff were always really nice and the vets have a huge respect for their nurses and use them to their full potential, or at least that is what I found! Pay works out pretty well, make sure you work out your full benefits etc though as at first glance it doesnt always seem good until you realise how much CPD you get, how your shifts work (this depends on the clinic and hours you work) so how much time off you get and holidays etc.
