Obviously if what you are wanting to do doesn&amp;#39;t fit with what the practice wants then its a no go. If your vision for the future isn&amp;#39;t shared by the practice then now would be a good time to find out&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div style="clear:both;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
