As it is still classed as a first vac then only a vet can give it as far as I am aware.

I think the same as Steph - but would say check with RCVS. The reason being when I was working for one of the corporates HO were insistent that nurses could give booster vaccinations in animals under the age of 8 if the animal had no other medical issues and at the time we knew that to be wrong.

I think it's ok if the vet has written in clinical notes that KC vac to be given by nurse at 2nd vac (therefore prescribing it)
