No info on where to source drops, but we switched to the transdermal gel and tbh I'm not sure we'll go back to drops if it comes back. Had some really good success with it, and imo it's better than the drops bc of that bitter taste to it. It's a summit product and not too pricey.

Other than that, could you suspend the tramadol powder capsules in water and syringe in/add to food? Wouldn't be the strongest mg/ml ever.

How about the transdermal gel? Summit have this atm. Not sure if that may be of any use?

Could get the tramadol soluble tablets instead if that would tide the patient over til drops were available?
