I currently do the NCert in Anaesthesia through Improve International:&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="http://www.improveinternational.com/uk/sheets/14776.pdf"&gt;http://www.improveinternational.com/uk/sheets/14776.pdf&lt;/a&gt;. It is 8 modules which you spend a day in a classroom being taught (2 days every few months), 4x 500 word case studies, 1x 2000 case report and an exam. It takes just over a year in total if you do everything back to back.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I love it! You do not have to make the move to referral work either.&lt;/p&gt;
