hi,

all you need to know re the Laws

www.hse.gov.uk

presume you already have a H&S manual or register with your Hazard Avoidance reports and SOP's in and therefore your job is to review and flag up any inconsistencies, errors or omissions? Big job and, as above poster says, a specialist one. I would seek guidance from your Support Office or HQ if you have one. If not, then defo some training as if you get it wrong you run the risk of you, and the practice, running foul of the law.

It's not a job to take on lightly.

hth

Ask for help and advice from the managers and if none is offered request to go on a HSE course
