Thanks for the link, it's the clear plastic guard that fits onto the device to protect the needle and can be placed onto the skin before 'firing' the device.

I remember that I've ordered the lancets separately - a refill pack. Can't remember if I did it through the practice's wholesaler or not but just did a quick search this evening on Google and found this...
