It's for a dog who has dermal issues and isn't a good healer.
Any info appreciated!

We have a patient on Trental Tablets which helps with the healing process. The dog suffers with Lupoid Onchodystrophy. The BVA do a good client leaflet about it, I have it as a PDF if you would like me to send it. Other products we use for his skin issues include onychotin, nicotinamide and yumega. Not sure if any of these are helpful in your case but might be worth a look.

Hope your patient feels better soon :)
