Ed, RVN<p>Not contraindicated per se, it just depends on how accurate you want your pump to be.&nbsp; Most pumps can be calibrated to particular sets.&nbsp;</p> <p>The 60drops / 20drops difference should be irrrelevant - if the pump was set to deliver 10ml / hour, it just means that the 60 drops / ml set will be dripping faster!&nbsp; (I don&#39;t see any point in using a paediatric set on a pump unless that&#39;s all they had at the time..)</p> <p>It seems good sense to ensure that the pump is calibrated to the set.&nbsp; Some of the older pumps will have a wobbly if you try to put a set in that it doesn&#39;t like as well! </p><div style="clear:both;"></div>
