Hi David,

There is no specific joint supplement that Agria does not cover. Products like Seraquin, Flexadin and Cortaflex would come under our veterinary fees benefit if they have been prescribed by a vet and as they contain medical products. We can also cover herbal supplements under our alternative/complementary cover.

We have claimed yumove, seraquin, cosequin and flexadin. Also claimed yumega plus for skin.

I have claimed them on pet plan with.no issue. Most of our other claims to other companies arent direct to us but havent had any clients complain they havent been covered.
